Did you ever have a day when you felt hungry no matter how much you ate? Thats me today. Its only noon and I've already eaten a BLT, a banana, 2 pieces of mochi, (its a brown rice thing,) my protein shake, and a couple handfuls of chocolate chips. I often wish I had a personal chef that would fix me only the foods I'm supposed to eat. It would make life so much easier. A personal trainer would be good too. I used to be addicted to working out, I especially enjoyed lifting weights. Yes, I was buff. Nowadays I'm more likened to a human marshmallow, and though I have more time to exercise, I don't do it. *Sigh*
