Just say no.
Brewier has been trying to return our Tivo for 2 days now. He has spent hours on the phone being transfered from one person to another...there is no customer service....why was he transfered to shipping? Another person transfered him back to the begining of the call menu.
Tivo was going to cost $300 for a year. Brighthouse offers dvr for $6 a month and you don't have to buy the equipment.

After finally being transfered to customer service, Brewier was on hold 96 minutes more, before talkiong to a rep.
